You
may be a candidate for breast augmentation in San Diego if you feel your
breasts are too small; your clothes fit well around your
hips but are too big at your bust line; you have one breast
that is smaller than the other; or weight loss / breast
feeding has changed the size and shape of your breasts.
Incision options include peri-aerolar (around the nipple),
inframammary (under the breast), transaxillary (through
the armpit) and transumbilical (through the belly button).
The implant is placed under the breast tissue (sub-glandular)
or behind the pectoral muscle (sub-pectoral). Dr. Kearney
performs all of these breast augmentation options and will
discuss the one that’s right for you during your complimentary
consultation.

We
also offer sizing during your consultation. This will give
you the opportunity to “test drive” various
implant sizes and take “before and after” photos
of your new size. Dr. Kearney performs breast augmentation
under general anesthesia and you may go home the same day.
Many patients who undergo breast augmentation are back to
work within 5 days although you may still feel sore and
tired. Most patients are able to return to exercise and
